Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements

• Assist senior lawyers with legal research and complex transactions

• Attend client meetings and contribute to business development initiatives

• Support compliance, risk management, and corporate governance matters

About You

• 4 years’ post-admission experience in commercial or corporate law

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
