Our client is a well-established and respected residential home builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality homes across NSW. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an organised and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join their team and support clients throughout their home-building journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.

About the Role As the Customer Service Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact for homeowners, internal stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administration throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with contracts administration and variations
  • Assist with preconstruction approvals and applications 
  • Liaise with site supervisors, trades, and subcontractors to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
  • Maintain accurate records and update information within internal systems
  • Prepare and distribute customer correspondence and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the wider customer service and construction teams
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at every stage of the process
About You:
  • Previous experience in customer service and administration
  • Experience within residential construction, home building, property, or a related industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
