Join a clinic-based Family Medicine team in a lakeside destination where your free time finally feels free.
Position Details:
• Join other experienced providers in a new clinic attached to the hospital
• Turnkey volume – See as little as 13 patients per day for your preferred quality of patient care
• Rare for a community this size: Family Medicine that stays outpatient—no inpatient, no OB
• ER and/or Hospitalist shifts available only if interested
• Independent, provider-led organization—where clinicians have a real voice
• Family Medicine Residency Program coming in 2028
Compensation Details:
• Hospital employed with salary guarantee and incentive bonus equaling over $330K annually
• $100K sign-on highlights a comprehensive benefits package
• A 6-month sabbatical is offered every 10 years of employment
