About the role
The Executive Assistant and Office Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Regional Vice President while managing office operations. Key responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Senior Regional Vice President, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination
  • Manage office operations, ensuring a well-stocked kitchen and effective catering for monthly events
  • Liaise with multiple departments and site leaders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in executive assistance and office management within a professional services or manufacturing environment
  • Strong capability in coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and handling multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Available to assist with ad hoc calls and emails after business hours with the US.
