This role is well-suited for candidates who enjoy working closely with sales teams, coordinating training initiatives, and handling day-to-day sales support operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales-related training programs for internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate training logistics, materials, and follow-up activities
- Assist sales teams with operational and administrative support
- Support sales enablement initiatives to improve sales efficiency and execution
- Participate in education or ecosystem-related projects where required
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales support activities
Key Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales support, sales operations, training coordination, or related roles
- Understanding of sales processes and customer-facing operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Exposure to technology, cloud, or digital solutions is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- Fluency in English and Chinese
