CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Site / Project Engineer for our client working on a TMR infrastructure project based in Dingo, QLD.
This role will suit a hands-on engineer with strong experience delivering civil infrastructure projects under TMR specifications, ideally within roads, highways and transport infrastructure environments.
This is a 5 month project commencing mid-June on an 7/7 roster, with accommodation and meals provided.

This role will suit a hands-on engineer with strong experience delivering civil infrastructure projects under TMR specifications, ideally within roads, highways and transport infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with TMR standards, specifications and quality requirements
- Prepare, review and manage project documentation including:
- Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
- Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
- Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Progress claims and site records
- Monitor project schedules, progress and budgets
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance activities
- Liaise with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
- Support procurement and cost control functions
- Ensure WHS and environmental compliance across site operations
- Assist with reporting and forecasting activities
- 3–10+ years’ experience within civil infrastructure construction
- Previous TMR project experience is essential
- Demonstrated delivery experience across one or more of the below:
- Roads and highways
- Bridges
- Pavements
- Earthworks
- Drainage
- Utilities
- Asphalt and concrete works
- Strong understanding of TMR specifications and MRTS standards
- Experience working for Tier 1, Tier 2 or civil contractors preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a site-based environment
- Immediate / Mid-June commencement
