Senior Sales Consultant

This Senior Sales Consultant role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can demonstrate a deep understanding of the local property market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding service. 

Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Consultant: 

• Conduct accurate property valuations and provide clients with expert advice on market conditions. 
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the sales process. 
• Negotiate and close sales transactions to achieve optimal outcomes for both sellers and buyers. 
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. 

Benefits: 

• £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary 
• Commission + Car Allowance 
• £60,000 - £70,000 OTE

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in valuing and selling properties. 
• Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities. 
• Relevant industry qualifications and memberships (e.g., NAEA, ARLA) are desirable.
