SAP TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Business Analyst to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role will focus on data quality, data cleansing, and migration activities, ensuring business data is prepared and optimised for successful migration into SAP S/4HANA.

Working closely with business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams, you will help drive data quality initiatives across a complex SAP environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and document business and technical data quality requirements
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support data cleansing, validation, transformation, and reconciliation activities
• Monitor data quality metrics and reporting
• Coordinate testing activities to ensure successful data migration outcomes
• Communicate risks, issues, and progress updates to stakeholders

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within SAP environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FICO, SAP MM or similar modules
• Experience with data migration, data quality, and cleansing initiatives
• Understanding of data governance principles and best practices
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
• Experience working across large scale enterprise ICT programs

DESIRABLE

• Experience on SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Government sector experience
