Site Engineer

The Role:
My client is looking for awesome new talent to join their team in Dunedin, helping to deliver critical civil infrastructure to the region. We're seeking an experienced Site Engineer to work across a variety of 3waters projects, including long term wastewater renewal assignments for the City Council.

The successful candidate will report to the Project Engineer, supporting the project delivery, management of personnel, health & safety, environmental, quality and scheduling to deliver a successful project outcome. For candidates willing to relocate, support can be provided, with longer-term opportunities available across New Zealand and the Pacific once established.

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant civil construction experience & Civil Engineering Degree
• A clean Class 1 driver’s licence
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and a solid understanding of quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software

Your responsibilities:

• Plan works, programme, methodology and resources
• Lead all set out accurately, efficiently and to design specs
• Contribute to site wide planning and coordination
• Compile and submit QA/completion documentation
• Drive day to day site execution, problem solving, and compliance.
