- Set revenue targets and market share goals for the assigned region.

- Collaborate with clients to establish and manage sales plans.

YOUR EXPERTISE
Minimum education/qualification/experience:
- A degree in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or any similar field.
- 3+ years of related work experience in the fruit industry,
- Demonstrate a solid foundation in commercial, sales, and marketing.
- A strong network of fruit buyers within the North American retail/wholesale sector
- Good fruit market knowledge and a high degree of product knowledge (Blueberries)
- Must be adaptable, demonstrating flexibility in translating and implementing sales strategies.
- Possess strategic vision and innovative response to achieving great results.
- Must possess effective communication skills.
