• Oversee and monitor weekly billable hours to achieve and maintain targets.
• Lead process improvements to ensure billing accuracy and maximize revenue capture.
Caregiver Recruitment & Retention
• Drive recruitment strategy to meet caregiver hiring targets (12 hires per week).
• Support key positions, including Recruitment Coordinator and Scheduling Coordinator.
• Increase caregiver retention, with goals tied to shift coverage and reducing turnover.
• Maintain caregiver training classes & identify a Lead Caregiver to enhance support.
Client Services & Census
• Maintain and grow client census in line with weekly targets (102+ active clients).
• Address client concerns and reductions promptly, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Prevent client loss due to care failures by ensuring staffing levels.
Compliance & Quality
• Enforce a zero-tolerance policy for compliance-related issues.
• Oversee time edits and ensure adjustments remain below the 5% threshold.
• Ensure all state licensing and industry regulations are met.
• Support internal systems such as Zingage to improve compliance and communication.
Leadership & Team Management
• Provide oversight and mentorship to office and field staff, ensuring accountability.
• Conduct daily stand-up and stand-down meetings, weekend operational meetings, and 1:1 check-ins with team members.
• Ensure timely and accurate daily KPI disbursement to staff.
• Excellent recordkeeping and documentation skills.
• Foster an environment of clear communication and time expectations.
• Support development of emerging leaders through ongoing coaching and training.
Strategic Initiatives & Growth
• Support recruitment through social media, employee referrals, and school partnerships, targeting 15% of new hires from these channels.
• Expand community relationships and referral networks to increase visibility of Home Care Company.
• Partner with ownership on sponsorships, community engagement, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of leadership experience in home care or healthcare.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Demonstrated success in caregiver recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in-office five days a week, with flexibility for nights and weekends.
