We’re supporting a well-established financial institution in the search for a Senior Credit professional to partner closely with client-facing teams on complex, bespoke financing transactions across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assess sophisticated financing transactions across a range of asset-backed and tailored lending structures
  • Partner closely with commercial and advisory teams to support deal structuring and execution
  • Prepare, evaluate, and present credit submissions for senior approval forums
  • Review, negotiate, and validate transaction documentation to ensure adherence to approved risk parameters
  • Exercise sound, independent credit judgement and provide effective challenge when required
  • Maintain visibility over active transactions, portfolio quality, and credit controls
  • Support the development of junior colleagues through guidance and knowledge sharing
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance / credit
