About the Role:

You will act as the first point of contact for key clients, handling delivery enquiries, urgent transport requests, and escalations. You will work closely with transport hubs across Australia, playing a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer enquiries, delivery updates, and escalations
  • Coordinate transport orders, allocate loads, and schedule time slots
  • Liaise with transport hubs and operations teams across Australia
  • Check and verify billing accuracy
  • Resolve freight and delivery issues
  • Maintain accurate order and shipment records
About You:
  • Previous experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain administration (preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational ability
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Available for an immediate start
