About the Role:
You will act as the first point of contact for key clients, handling delivery enquiries, urgent transport requests, and escalations. You will work closely with transport hubs across Australia, playing a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries, delivery updates, and escalations
- Coordinate transport orders, allocate loads, and schedule time slots
- Liaise with transport hubs and operations teams across Australia
- Check and verify billing accuracy
- Resolve freight and delivery issues
- Maintain accurate order and shipment records
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain administration (preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational ability
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- Available for an immediate start
