Assistant Project Manager with rail experience needed to join busy company based in Dublin. Project focus will mainly be Customer Information Systems (CIS).

- Assist with the delivery of CIS schemes, ensuring safe completion in line with budget, timescales, company standards and industry legislation
- Managing teams, including design and installation ensuring the effective use of internal and external resources
- CIS projects may include - Station Customer Service Systems (SCSS) at various stations and the new Customer Communication Centre (CCC) project at the National Train Control Centre (NTCC)
- SCSS - Passenger Information Display Systems (PIDS), Public Address Systems (PA), Help Points (HP), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV). and associated telecoms, civil and structural engineering
- CCC - Creation of the CCC to include an Integrated Systems Management Platform (ISMP) to facilitate centralised communication, monitoring and remote control of station systems
- The role covers all stages of the projects, from inception, through design, construction and installation, through to handover
- Monitor and report on all aspects of the scheme, providing project management support
Requirements:
- Experience as a Project Manager in the Irish rail sector
- Member of Engineers Ireland
- Knowledge of rail infrastructure and specifically CIS systems (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Construction Regulations
