Job Title: Mail Room Operator
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Automation Mailing Department Machine Operator. In this role, you will contribute to a fast-paced production environment, ensuring high-quality printed materials are processed and delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain automated mailing and inserting equipment
  • Set up machines for daily production runs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
  • Ensure proper sorting, labeling, and preparation of outgoing mail
  • Perform routine quality checks to maintain high production standards
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a printing, mailing, or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
