This independent hospital is seeking an OB/GYN to lead their program. Enjoy a great lifestyle with a flexible 4-day work week and 8 weeks of PTO. Work with a collegial staff that includes two Certified Nurse Midwifes, other experienced physicians, and a dedicated support staff to help you focus on your patients.
The opportunity:

• This position offers a balance of obstetrics and gynecology with reasonable volume allowing you to provide high-quality care and develop relationships.
• Newly renovated facility includes two brand new birthing suites, postpartum rooms, and the latest equipment including a Da Vinci Xi robot.
• Part-time options available.
Compensation Details:
• Base Salary Range: $400,000 - $450,000.
• First year package of $550,000+ with guaranteed ongoing base plus production bonus.
• $150,000 signing bonus, $250,000 in retention bonuses or student loan repayment.
• Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k, annual CMEs, and more.
• Flexible 4-day work week plus 8 weeks of PTO.
