Job Title - Senior Engineering Recruitment Consultant

Salary 27-40k Basic Commission Monthly up to 20%

Location Reading, Office Based 4/5 days a week

Our client is a boutique specialist Recruitment business looking to add to its 360 Sales team in the White Collar Utilities Engineering Contracts team.

The successful applicant will join a close knit team of 10 heads and a business that already has a strong presence in the market.

Job role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Phone calls to candidates - discovering more about them and the sector they work

• Business Development - Mainly on the telephone but also using social media platforms

• Offering advice to both Contractors and Clients on pay rates, projects and availability of skill sets

• Organising and assisting with interviews

• Accurate use of a Bullhorn database to add notes and run searches

• Efficiently plan and manage their time

Job Requirements of a Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Must have a contracts recruitment background of 18 months minimum Engineering preferred but not essential

• A strong work ethic - It requires hard work

• Resilience - Things will go wrong, you need to bounce back

• Team player - We rely on each other, we would need to rely on you
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail
• Desire to network and interest in the Utilities market especially Water
