                            Appliance Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Appliance Sales Manager to lead sales performance, strengthen vendor partnerships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from showroom to installation. This role is ideal for a driven retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, leading sales initiatives, and helping customers find the right solutions for their homes.

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings
Hours scheduled between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM to be determined

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $25/hour base pay
  • Paid holidays & vacation

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales goals and monitor sales performance metrics
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated concerns
  • Promote warranties, installation services, and accessories
  • Maintain showroom presentation and coordinate inventory/special orders
  • Build vendor relationships and stay current on product knowledge
  • Prepare sales reports and support store initiatives
 
Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of customer service experience
  • 1–3+ years of supervisory or management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM/POS systems preferred
  • Appliance industry or premium brand experience is a plus

Work Environment:
Retail showroom environment with frequent standing, walking, and customer interaction.
