SAP Consultant

About the Role:

As an SAP Consultant, you will be integral to our corporate transformation projects, focusing on implementing SAP solutions and advanced digital technologies. Your role will involve system planning, vendor selection, and providing support throughout the SAP implementation process.

Responsibilities:

• Current Situation Analysis and Concept Formulation: Evaluate existing systems and develop strategic concepts for transformation.
• Systemization Planning: Create detailed plans for system implementation, select appropriate package vendors, and formulate implementation strategies.
• Digital Transformation: Oversee the adoption of digital and cloud technologies, managing the transition from proof of concept to full implementation.
• Global ERP: Support global ERP projects, managing both inbound and outbound initiatives.
• User Support: Assist with core system implementations, including project management office (PMO) responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Extensive experience in corporate transformation projects involving IT, particularly with SAP.
• Project Management: Minimum of 2 years of project management experience or demonstrated expertise in a relevant area.
• SAP Expertise: Experience in SAP project phases such as concept formulation, requirements definition, and implementation. Experience in leading SAP development or related areas is highly desirable.
• Global Project Experience: Proven experience in managing global projects is a plus.
• Language Skills: Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese is required. English skills are preferable but not mandatory; acquiring English skills post-joining will enhance business opportunities.
