IT Systems Engineer

The Company

Our client is a forward-thinking Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting small to mid-sized businesses.  They're on the lookout for a Senior Level 3 Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex problems, and wants to be part of an expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Owning technical escalations and advanced troubleshooting for diverse client environments.
• Managing and configuring Microsoft 365, including Teams Voice, Intune, and Security Center.
• Managing Windows Server environments.
• Leading network setups using Routers. Switches, APs, and firewalls.
• Monitoring threats using SIEM and coordinating incident responses.
• Managing and learning 3CX VoIP, with full training provided.

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in senior technical support roles.
• Microsoft 365 mastery (Teams Voice, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Security).
• Confidence with network architecture and deployment.
• Exposure to SIEM solutions (Huntress preferred).
• VoIP experience (3CX or similar – training will be provided if needed).
• Experience in the MSP industry and managing multiple clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
