A Leading Medical firm isseeking a Service Delivery Lead Manager (Senior Manager).
This position oversees IT infrastructure operations in Japan, managing overall IT operations including:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee VIP support and EUC (PCs, mobile devices, and IT equipment)
- Manage network operations (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and server operations (Windows, Linux, cloud)
- Oversee UAM processes and audit compliance
- Service management (SLA/KPI tracking, vendor performance evaluation, improvement planning)
- Improve IT infrastructure processes (incident, problem, and change management)
- Plan and drive IT projects (tech refresh, operational improvements, security enhancements)
- Lead incident triage, escalation, and prevention of recurrence
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and strengthen governance

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in at least one area of IT infrastructure operations (EUC, VIP support, network, server, or UAM)
- Team management experience (approximately 7 members)
- Knowledge of IT operational processes (incident, problem, and change management)
- Vendor management experience (SLA/KPI management)
