Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff and ensuring materials and products are handled, stored, and shipped efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse associates involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products

• Schedule and oversee material movement using conveyors, forklifts, cranes, hoists, and other material-handling equipment

• Review shipping and receiving documents to plan daily workflow and warehouse space utilization

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth product flow

• Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Prepare and verify warehouse records, including material requisitions and job orders

• Train, coach, and onboard new warehouse employees

• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required experience

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to provide direction and coaching

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot table experience preferred), and PowerPoint

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer service–focused mindset

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Adaptable and able to work effectively in a changing environment

• Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

• Effective problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and highly organized
  
  Pay range: $25–$28 per hour
