Director of Nursing

Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to all nursing staff
• Oversee compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ overall health and well-being
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training for optimal performance

Qualifications:
• Active Connecticut RN license
• At least 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and best practices
