You will be based in the Hong Kong office, supporting the apparel merchandising team and working closely with vendors, internal teams, and overseas counterparts.
A typical day will include:
- Providing merchandising and administrative support to the apparel team
- Assisting with data entry, item set‑up, and updates in internal systems
- Supporting PO tracking, order follow‑up, and shipment coordination
- Coordinating samples and liaising with vendors on daily matters
- Preparing reports and summaries for internal stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion & Textile, Apparel, or a related discipline (PolyU graduates highly welcome)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internships are a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a positive team attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel skills are an advantage
