Oracle EPM Specialist (FCCS / PBCS / ARCS)

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Specialist to join a high-performing finance systems team supporting a complex Oracle Enterprise Performance Management environment.
This role will play a key part in supporting and enhancing critical financial planning, consolidation, reconciliation and reporting capabilities across the organisation. Working closely with Finance, Technology and Business stakeholders, you will contribute to both BAU support and ongoing transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Support and administer Oracle EPM applications across the finance ecosystem.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting requirements.
• Configure, enhance and maintain Oracle EPM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, defects and user queries.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial processes.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and management information.
• Assist with enhancements, upgrades, testing and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to business users across Oracle EPM platforms.

Required Experience
We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience across one or more of the following Oracle EPM applications:

• FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close)
• PBCS / EPBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)
• ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
• Narrative Reporting
• TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service)

Highly Regarded
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

• OACS (Oracle Analytics Cloud)
• OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications)
• Oracle ERP Cloud
• Oracle Fusion Financials
• Financial planning and forecasting processes
• Financial consolidation and statutory reporting
• Insurance, wealth management, superannuation or broader financial services environments

• Strong Oracle EPM implementation, support or administration experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments.
