This is a position sitting in their payroll team, managing an end to end state payrolll. The role is mainly BAU and would offer a high degree of work life balance as a result. No overtime.

This is a position sitting in their payroll team, managing an end to end state payrolll. The role is mainly BAU and would offer a high degree of work life balance as a result. No overtime.

The role
Duties include:
- Process end-to-end weekly payroll for up to 500+ staff (there is a team to help back-up)
- Maintaining employee data
- Processing on boarding & terminations
- Managing the administration, calculation, payment and reconciliation of all superannuation contributions & payroll tax
- Process time sheets (fortnightly/monthly pay runs)
- Adhere to Payroll statutory requirements
- Interpret of EBA and Modern Award
- Ad-hoc involvement with the system implementation
- Arrange new starters
About you
- 2-5+ years of end to end Payroll experience
- Experience with tier 1 systems such as Micropay, ADP, Chris21 etc
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal - must love to engage and work closely in a team environment
- Aussie citizen or permanent resident - or sufficient long term permanent work rights
