About the Role:
The Manager of Compensation leads the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs, systems, and job architecture. This role ensures compensation practices are competitive, equitable, operationally efficient, and aligned with business strategy. The Manager of Compensation partners across Operations, Manufacturing, Retail and the Home Office to deliver accurate, scalable, and transparent compensation solutions. This position combines strategic thinking with hands on execution, focusing on modernization, automation, governance, and analytics

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the administration and governance of company-wide wage and salary programs, ensuring alignment with pay philosophy, market competitiveness, and internal equity;
  • Leads job architecture and evaluation processes, supports wage planning across regions and departments, and ensures compensation programs are applied consistently, fairly, and in compliance with internal policies and external regulations;
  • Manages key compensation and incentive programs across Operations, Manufacturing, Retail, and the Home Office. Working closely with Payroll, Finance, and internal partners;
  • Ensures accurate compensation processing, maintains program documentation, supports compensation cycles, and simplifies plan design to improve clarity and efficiency;
  • Leverages compensation analytics and market data to guide decision-making and support leadership; serves as system owner for compensation platforms, reduces manual processes, improves automation, and partners with vendors and consultants to build scalable, sustainable compensation solutions
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human resources, Compensation, Data / Business Analysis or similar field required;
  • A minimum of 5 years in Compensation or Total Rewards field preferred;
  • High proficiency experience managing Compensation programs, working with Comp Programs and analytics job evaluation, reporting and process improvement;
  • Strong Business partnership skills and project management;
  • Effective communications skills, both oral and written;
  • CCP, PHR/SPHR or other related certification preferred.
