The role
You’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of building services across the portfolio, including:
- HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, fire & electrical systems
- Compliance management and improvements
- Contractor management and maintenance

- Well-connected with contractors/suppliers in the local market
- NZ Citizen/resident
