Are you a driven sales professional with experience in the construction or building materials industry?
We’re currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team and take ownership of a defined territory, developing strong relationships across the builders’ merchant, contractor, and trade network.
This is a field-based, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting customers face-to-face, and turning opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
Sales Executive
- Developing new business across builders’ merchants, contractors, and trade customers
- Managing and growing an established customer base within your territory
- Conducting regular site, branch, and customer visits
- Promoting and selling a range of building materials products
- Identifying opportunities to convert specifications into sales
- Generating leads through proactive outreach, cold calling, and follow-ups
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Working closely with internal teams including operations, customer service, and marketing
- Keeping up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments

- Experience in building materials, construction, or B2B field sales
- Strong understanding of the builders’ merchant and contractor landscape
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Strong relationship builder with a customer-first mindset
- Organised with excellent territory and time management skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Resilient, persistent, and motivated by results
