The Role
- Coordinate end-to-end pitch workflows, ensuring tasks are allocated, tracked and delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information, manage deadlines and proactively resolve bottlenecks across multiple concurrent projects.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to pitch materials, including drafting CVs and credential documents.
About You
- You will ideally have experience in a professional services environment, with exposure to project coordination, EA, or programme management.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with experience using workflow or project management tools and an interest in business development processes.
