Responsibilities:
- Partnering with IAM teams and business stakeholders
- Gathering requirements and onboarding applications
- Creating test cases and validating integrations
- Analyzing data across ServiceNow, Active Directory, RACF, and LDAP
- Supporting IAM process improvements
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with SailPoint and Saviynt
- IAM/IGA onboarding skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business
- Experience supporting IAM transformations
- Data Analysis skills
