Join Our Team as a Machine Operator I

We're looking for dependable Machine Operator I's to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate specialized machinery used in the production of high-quality products while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.

Job Duties

• Operate one or more manufacturing machines and production systems, including:
  • Fin Press
  • Fin Power
  • Brake Press
  • Vertical and Horizontal Expanders
  • Overhead Crane
  • Hairpin Machine
  • Pemset Equipment
  • Riveting Machines
  • Spot Welding Equipment
  • Gasket Machines
  • Paint Systems
  • EBE Bender
  • P4 Bender
  • PIV Equipment
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Read and interpret production instructions and work orders
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and material handling as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned

• Mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to safety
• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
• Ability to use manual and digital calipers to inspect parts
• Ability to perform basic math, including two- and three-decimal calculations
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to push, pull, squat, stoop, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working around industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment
• Hands may become dry or wet due to the use of evaporative oils and production materials
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
