Weighbridge Operator – Keep the Yard Moving

The Role
You’ll be the control point of a busy site — the person who keeps trucks moving, records accurate, and communication flowing.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:

• Managing trucks in and out via the weighbridge
• Recording weights, loads, and key details in the system
• Double-checking information — because accuracy matters here
• Handling dockets, tickets, and paperwork without letting things pile up
• Dealing with drivers, customers, and suppliers in a clear and professional way
• Working closely with the yard team and dispatch to keep everything running smoothly

No two days look the same — and that’s part of the appeal.

What Makes You a Great Fit
You’re someone who naturally stays on top of things and notices when something’s not quite right.
You’ll bring:

• A sharp eye for detail — numbers don’t slip past you
• Solid computer skills and confidence with data entry
• The ability to stay calm and organised when things get busy
• Strong communication — friendly, but able to hold your ground
• Comfort working in a practical, fast-moving yard environment
• NZ full work rights are essential.

Helpful Experience (but not essential)
It’s a plus if you’ve worked in:

• Weighbridge operations
• Transport, logistics, ports, or industrial sites
• Dispatch or job coordination
