Senior Finance Manager (Luxury Retailer) | European MNC

Our client is a leading international luxury retail group with a strong global footprint and multiple award‑winning brands. Driven by ongoing business expansion, they are seeking a high‑calibre Senior Finance Manager with solid operational accounting expertise to lead the regional finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the accurate and timely preparation of group consolidated financial reports, ensuring all reporting and submission deadlines are met.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and commentary across key performance areas including revenue, gross margin, SG&A, working capital, CAPEX, cash flow, and gearing.
• Oversee cash flow and treasury reporting, monthly rolling forecasts, and reporting packages for holding entities.
• Partner with regional and overseas finance teams to ensure timely delivery of management and statutory reports in compliance with internal controls and applicable accounting standards.
• Take ownership of statutory reporting and reporting packages, acting as the key liaison with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Manage audit processes, tax matters, and statutory filing requirements at both local and regional levels.
• Drive finance operational efficiency and participate in finance system implementation and improvement projects to enhance overall business performance.
• Support ongoing and ad‑hoc finance projects across local and regional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with CPA qualification.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably within Luxury Retail, Retail, or Consumer Goods.
• Trained in Audit is advantageous, while big 4 audit experience is highly preferred.
• Strong command of English and Cantonese, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin.
• Assertive, proactive, and self‑driven with strong ownership mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
