Our Clinical Facilitation Division is growing, and we are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to support the sourcing, onboarding, and engagement of Registered Nurses as Clinical Facilitators who play a vital role in supporting nursing students during their professional placements.
   
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity working 8-hour shifts across 5 days per week (2 days WFH) within a supportive and fast-paced team.
   
In this role, you will: 
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
  • Assess candidate suitability for Clinical Facilitator positions
  • Manage onboarding and compliance checks (AHPRA, police checks, vaccinations, etc.)
  • Build relationships with nurses and healthcare professionals
  • Respond to candidate enquiries
  • Maintain recruitment systems and candidate records
About You  
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Has strong communication and customer service skills
  • Can confidently manage multiple priorities
  • Remains calm and organised under pressure
  • Has previous recruitment or healthcare staffing experience (highly regarded)
  • Has knowledge of healthcare, nursing, or aged care sectors (advantageous)
  • Is passionate about helping connect people with meaningful work
