Duties:
Receiving and Storage: Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing list & goods for damages and report discrepancies, label and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
Cross-Docking Operations: Unload inbound goods and directly transfer them to outbound staging areas, verify that cross-docked items match outbound shipping documentation, collaborate with carriers to ensure smooth transfer of goods.
Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and support full inventory counts, maintain stock accuracy by following established procedures, update inventory systems in a timely manner.
Picking: Accurately pick products based on order instructions or picking lists, pack items securely, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, prepare orders for dispatch according to schedule.
Shipping and Dispatch: Assist in staging and loading goods accurately against documentation for outbound shipments, prepare shipping documentation and labels, coordinate with drivers or carriers when required.
Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse (5S principles), operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely, follow company policies and health & safety regulations.
Skills:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)..
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-dock environment.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, scanners)
