Please note, this Change Manager role requires demonstrated experience across HR, organisational development and/or workforce planning. This is a 12-month contract with a minimum of three days per week based in the Sydney CBD office.


The Job….
Reporting into the Director, as a HR Change Manager, you will be mainly responsible for the following duties:
  • Lead HR projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, risks and key deliverables to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Provide project management support and strategic advice to senior leaders, including reporting, insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, governance documentation, risk registers and reporting in line with NSW Public Sector standards.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to drive delivery, manage dependencies and resolve issues.
  • Apply change management and communication strategies to support workforce initiatives, ensuring strong engagement, adoption and sustainable outcomes.
  
You….
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
  • Min 2 years’ experience managing end to end change programs with a strong HR/Organisational Development focus.
  • Previous government experience will be favoured. 
  • Highly developed collaborative and partnering approach to stakeholder management.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
