About the Opportunities

You will be the welcoming face of busy medical practices, providing high-quality patient support and smooth front-desk operations. Assignments offer full-time hours, with some roles requiring weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients and managing front-desk enquiries
  • Coordinating appointments and supporting daily schedules
  • Processing Medicare claims, EFTPOS and private billing
  • Handling phone and email enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Ensuring reception and waiting areas are clean, organised and patient-focused
  • Liaising with doctors, nurses, specialists and allied health teams

Systems Experience (Highly Regarded)

Candidates with experience in general medical practice systems are encouraged to apply, including:

  • Available immediately for full-time temporary or contract opportunities
