We're looking for a passionate Assistant Venue Manager who loves being on the floor, leading a team and creating great guest experiences. If you thrive in fast paced venues and enjoy building strong teams, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role.
 
The Role
  • Lead front of house service in a busy, high energy coastal venue
  • Support food and beverage operations and daily venue performance
  • Mentor and motivate a vibrant FOH team during busy services
  • Handle guest enquiries and keep service standards consistently high
About You
  • Experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor
  • Confident leader who enjoys being hands on during service
  • Strong background in bars, pubs or high volume venues
  • RSA and RCG certified
