About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in Cloud and Internet Infrastructure Services, is looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join their Enterprise Integrations Engineering Team. This project involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure integration workflows across a wide range of internal SaaS applications. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining integration workflows between Cloudflare and a variety of SaaS applications.
• Taking projects from concept through implementation, including requirements gathering, technical specifications, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure integrations meet business needs and follow engineering best practices.
• Leading larger initiatives and owning projects from end-to-end as you grow in the role.
• Participating in an on-call rotation with a team of 10+ engineers.

Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Deep expertise in Golang and experience working with internal stakeholders to solve business problems through integration solutions. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
• Experience with building RESTful APIs with proper service security practices, Kubernetes, and GitLab or other CI/CD tools.
• Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
