We’re currently recruiting a Field Service Technician to join a respected team in the heavy equipment game. Think big gear, real responsibility, and a team that knows their way around both a workshop and a BBQ. Bonus? What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience servicing and repairing heavy machinery
• Relevant automotive trade qualification
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• A proactive, self-managing work style
• Solid communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• NZ Class 1 driver’s licence 
• WTR endorsements 
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment in the field and in the workshop
• Completing pre-delivery inspections and general servicing
• Supporting clients with expert advice and technical support
• Managing your workload independently while staying connected to the wider team
• Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes on every job
• Liasing with customers in a professional manner
