About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of core financial operations within a dynamic and evolving business. Working closely with Managing Director and SLT, you will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity, maintaining compliance, and providing commercially relevant insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all financial reporting, including month-end, forecasts, and statutory obligations
  • Ensure compliance with Australian regulatory requirements (including GST, FBT, payroll tax)
  • Partner with leadership to deliver strategic financial insights and drive business performance
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the business
  • Manage inventory, working capital, and supply chain finance to optimise performance
  • Implement process improvements and strengthen financial controls
  • Lead and develop a small, high-performing finance team
Your Experience
  • Proven experience in a Finance Manager role within a complex or multinational environment
  • Strong technical expertise in statutory reporting and compliance
  • Experience with inventory accounting and supply chain finance
  • CPA or CA qualification (essential)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication skills with a commercial mindset
