About the role
The Senior Bookkeeper role is pivotal in the finance team. This position requires a hands-on approach to manage the full spectrum of bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with another Bookkeeper and take on responsibilities that may evolve as the team adjusts.
Key responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Oversee payroll processing on a fortnightly basis
  • Handle trust accounting and end-of-month processes
  • Data entry and maintain accurate financial records
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in comprehensive bookkeeping practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage payroll and trust accounting in law firm
