The Company:
Our client is a highly reputable, family-owned builder specialising in custom homes, with a long-standing presence in the residential construction market. They have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, bespoke projects while maintaining exceptional client relationships throughout the build process.

The Opportunity:
As a Contracts/client Liaison, you will take on a diverse role providing expert guidance and support throughout the build process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery whilst providing a high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare, review and manage contracts, variations and approvals
  • Manage the Prestart process with clients following the completion of all selections by the interior designer
  • Oversee project progress to keep timelines on schedule
  • Update clients on the progress of there project
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client service and is motivated to build their career with a company they’re proud to stand behind. 
  • 2+ years of experience as a Client Liaison or Contracts Administrator working for a project or custom home builder
  • Forward-thinking, collaborative, encouraging, with an approachable attitude
  • Ability to consistently meet project timeframes and deadlines
  • Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focus 
  • Strong organisational abilities and Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
