Nursing Home Administrator

We’re hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to guide a high-performing team and ensure the delivery of exceptional care in a warm, resident-centered setting. What You’ll Do:
• Lead the overall operations of the facility with a focus on quality, efficiency, and care outcomes
• Champion regulatory compliance and survey readiness at all times
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and reimbursement processes
• Build and retain a dedicated care team through effective recruiting, training, and coaching
• Partner with clinical leaders to ensure best practices in resident care
• Cultivate strong relationships with families, community partners, and staff
• Promote a positive, respectful culture rooted in accountability and resident dignity

What We’re Looking For:
• Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in North Carolina
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations in senior care
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
• A passion for making a difference in the lives of older adults
