MAYDAY Recruitment is seeking a Regional Insurance Manager to lead operations across NSW & ACT for a national loss adjusting business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader ready to take ownership of branch performance, business growth, and team leadership across multiple locations.

- Full-time, permanent role
- $135k - $150k plus super, car allowance & bonus potential
- Role can be based anywhere across NSW or ACT with remote/hybrid flexibility, with some travel expected

Main responsibilities include:
- Oversee financial, operational, and service performance for NSW & ACT
- Manage P&L, revenue targets, resource planning, and adjuster performance.
- Lead and mentor regional teams, ensuring high service standards and compliance.
- Maintain loss adjusting responsibilities while supporting business development.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
- Coordinate responses to client feedback, complaints, and catastrophic events.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry contacts.
- Lead regional projects and contribute to broader business strategy.
The ideal candidate:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, law, or a related field preferred
- Proven background in loss adjusting and business operations.
- Experienced people leader who thrives on mentoring and supporting high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, client relationship, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Brings a can-do attitude, embraces change, and is always looking for ways to improve
- A valid driver’s license is essential.
