MAYDAY Recruitment is seeking a Regional Insurance Manager to lead operations across NSW & ACT for a national loss adjusting business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader ready to take ownership of branch performance, business growth, and team leadership across multiple locations. What's in it for you?

Main responsibilities include:
  • Oversee financial, operational, and service performance for NSW & ACT 
  • Manage P&L, revenue targets, resource planning, and adjuster performance.
  • Lead and mentor regional teams, ensuring high service standards and compliance.
  • Maintain loss adjusting responsibilities while supporting business development.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
  • Coordinate responses to client feedback, complaints, and catastrophic events.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry contacts.
  • Lead regional projects and contribute to broader business strategy.

The ideal candidate:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, law, or a related field preferred
  • Proven background in loss adjusting and business operations.
  • Experienced people leader who thrives on mentoring and supporting high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, client relationship, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Brings a can-do attitude, embraces change, and is always looking for ways to improve
  • A valid driver’s license is essential.
