Located in Leavenworth, this Medical Director opportunity offers a rare blend of leadership, lifestyle, and stability. Join a collaborative primary care team of 6 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners in a physician-friendly organization that values provider autonomy, strong support staff, and long-term retention. • Dedicated time for administrative duties each week
• Outpatient only with no call requirements
• Max expectation of 18 patients per day
• 4-day work week
• Options to incorporate specific interests in pain management, geriatrics, or other areas of interest
Compensation:
• Base salary + Medical Director hourly rate of ~$290,804.10
• Incentive bonus guarantee of $14,000
• Quality bonus incentive
• Sign-on bonus of $25,000
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
• Total package prior to loan repayment is ~$344,804 - Negotiable based on skills and experience
• Federal and state student loan repayment options available
• Comprehensive benefits package including FULLY PAID health, dental, and vision insurance for the Physician AND family
• 403b and 457 Retirement Plans with match
• 7+ Weeks of Paid Time Off
• 12 Weeks of Maternal/Paternal Leave
