Project Management Consultant – Level 2

Location: Juno Beach, FL (On-site; up to 25% travel to project sites)

Schedule: Standard Office Hours

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Range: $40–45/hr



Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a Central Maintenance – Special Projects team within the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and/or renewable energy projects, strong project coordination capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

This role will support a Senior Project Manager across a portfolio of Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage projects. A technical background in mechanical/electrical systems or field construction is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in project design meetings and recommend process or project improvements
  • Identify potential project risks and technical challenges and assist in developing solutions
  • Plan and manage project schedules, team goals, and project updates
  • Coordinate ongoing projects and ensure workflows remain on track
  • Maintain and organize project documentation and records
  • Prepare and review project correspondence, including proposals, meeting minutes, memos, and emails
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives
  • Monitor project expenses and support budget adherence through cost-control measures
