The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join a well-established business operating within the chemical distribution / supply chain sector.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage customer orders, transport coordination, stock tracking, and operational administration.
If you enjoy being the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes while delivering excellent customer service, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

Your new role
Reporting into leadership, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing customer orders from booking through to delivery
  • Coordinating local transport providers and delivery schedules
  • Tracking deliveries, PODs, stock movement, and customer orders
  • Liaising with customers, transport companies, third-party warehouses, and internal stakeholders
  • Preparing delivery documentation including COAs, invoices, delivery dockets, and related paperwork
  • Supporting stock ordering and monthly stock take activities
  • Assisting with import permit applications and renewals
  • Maintaining product records and compliance documentation
  • Resolving delivery or customer-related issues as they arise
  • Supporting smooth day-to-day operational and purchasing processes
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics coordination, supply chain support, or a similar operational role
  • Experience working with transport providers and delivery coordination
  • Strong administration and Excel capability
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organised under pressure
  • If you speak Mandarin, that would be a real bonus
