We’re now expanding our Legal Recruitment practice and seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to build and grow a contract/interim desk within the law and legal services sector — connecting top-tier interim lawyers, legal counsel, and compliance professionals with leading law firms and in-house legal teams across Europe and the Americas.

We’re now expanding our Legal Recruitment practice and seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to build and grow a contract/interim desk within the law and legal services sector — connecting top-tier interim lawyers, legal counsel, and compliance professionals with leading law firms and in-house legal teams across Europe and the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a desk from the ground up: Establish and scale a legal-focused contract/interim recruitment desk specialising in Private Practice, In-House Counsel, and Regulatory/Compliance talent.
- Business development: Identify, engage, and secure clients across global law firms, boutique practices, and corporate legal functions through proactive outreach and relationship-driven sales.
- Candidate management: Source, assess, and manage interim and project-based legal professionals across multiple jurisdictions.
- Client delivery: Own the full 360° recruitment lifecycle — from client brief to placement — ensuring exceptional quality, speed, and compliance.
- Market intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, hiring activity, and competitor movements to position Tardis as the go-to partner for legal talent solutions.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment (ideally within legal, compliance, or professional services)
- Strong business development and client acquisition track record.
- Skilled at negotiating and maintaining long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, resilient, and results-driven.
- Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
